Member Policy
1. Password and Username
1.1 - You might also be asked to select a password when you sign up to become a Website Member. It is entirely up to you to ensure that your password remains secret. You agree not to share your password with anyone else or use another member's account, screen name, or password at any time. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or access to your password, you agree to notify Creasel immediately via email at info@creasel.com. The use of your account is entirely at your own risk.
1.2 - To access or use some Services, a User must first register on the Sites (a registered User is also referred to as a "Member" below). Except with Creasel's permission, each User may only register one member account on the Sites. Creasel reserves the right to reject the User's registration application for any reason.
2.1 Account and Security
Each account has its own set of Member ID and password. Each Member is solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of their Member ID and password, as well as all use and activities that occur under their account (whether such use or activities are authorized or not). No Member may share, assign, or permit another person to use your Member account, ID, or password, including individuals within the Member's own business entity (where applicable). Member agrees to notify Creasel immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of their password or account, or any other breach of account security.
2.2 Authorized Usage
Members may use the Site and Services and any activities that occur under your account (such as posting company or product information, clicking to agree to additional agreements or rules, subscribing to or making payments for Services, sending emails, including but not limited to sending emails to your account or sending SMS) are deemed to be authorized by the Member.
2.3 Multiple Account Use
Member acknowledges that sharing your account with other people or allowing multiple users outside of your business entity to use your account (collectively, "multiple use") may cause irreparable harm to Creasel or other Users of the Sites. Member agrees to indemnify Creasel, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any loss or damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits) incurred as a result of multiple uses of your account. Member also agrees that if your account is used multiple times or you fail to keep your account secure, Creasel will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from such a breach and will have the right to suspend or terminate your account without liability.
3. Member’s Responsibilities
3.1 The Sites and Services will only be available to Members for commercial usage. Every Member represents, warrants, and acknowledges that they are fully capable and competent to accept the Terms, submit an application for, and adhere to, these Licenses and Agreements (as defined below).
3.2 You will be asked to submit information or materials about your company, line of work, or products/services as part of the registration procedure on the Sites for your use of any Service and access to it. Each Member affirms, guarantees, and confirms that all the information and materials they offer are genuine, accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive.
3.3 By signing up as a Member, you agree to have your contact information stored in our database. We may use it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.4 Each Member affirms, warrants, and agrees that their User Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade name, or other personal or proprietary rights of a third party. And neither the Member nor any of its affiliated individuals have ever been barred from a major e-commerce platform.
3.5 Not being false, misleading, or deceptive; not including anything that is libelous, defamatory, threatening, or harassing; not being obscene, disagreeable, offensive, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors are all conditions that must be met by User Content.
3.6 A Member represents, warrants, and acknowledges that the Business Referee has granted all necessary permissions, waivers, and consents for the Member to serve as Your Business Referee. You acknowledge that all testimonials and remarks are accurate and genuine, and that third parties are free to get in touch with the business references without your consent.
3.7 Member hereby undertakes to supply all information, materials, and authorization required for the provision of the Services. The Member will be in charge of determining whether the Member has violated the Terms. Creasel shall not be liable if Member's failure to do so causes a delay in, suspension of, or termination of, any Service.
3.8 Any comments or other materials (including User Content) created, submitted, posted, displayed, or otherwise made by any Member is not endorsed, verified, or otherwise certified by Creasel. Each Member is completely responsible for the communications they make and could face legal repercussions for the information contained in their posts.
3.9 Member acknowledges and agrees that each Member is solely responsible for observing applicable laws and regulations in its respective jurisdictions to ensure that all access and use of the Site and Services are in compliance with the same.
3.10 Members of Creasel agree that they and their affiliates will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to: product safety, intellectual property rights, data privacy, consumer protection, product or regulatory certification, unfair competition, price gouging, false advertising, labor, environment, health and safety, anti-bribery, and anti-money laundering.
You should discontinue using the Services right away if you ever find yourself unable to comply with any of the aforementioned conditions. Creasel may, in its sole discretion, at any time take whatever action it may deem necessary in the circumstances, including but not limited to,
terminating the provision of Services to you, closing pertinent purchase orders, and terminating your accounts, while reserving all rights it may have regarding any non-compliant actions. If Creasel reasonably believes that any of your conduct violates or threatens to violate any applicable laws and regulations, Creasel may, in its sole discretion, at any time take appropriate action.
4. Breaches by Members
4.1 Any User Content (in whole or in part) that you submit, post, or display on the Sites that we reasonably suspect may violate any laws and regulations may be removed, modified, or rejected by Creasel at our sole discretion.
4.2 If Creasel decides in its sole discretion that disciplinary action against a member is necessary or appropriate, it may do so. The subscription to, access to, or limitations on the present or future usage of any Service may all be suspended, downgraded, suspended, or terminated.
4.3 If Creasel suspects that a Member has used a stolen credit card or other false or misleading information in any transaction with a counterparty, that Member is in violation of the Terms. After receiving the purchase fee, a Member who provides you with goods or services failed to deliver any items that the third party had ordered.
4.4 In the case of any suspected criminal or civil wrongdoing, Creasel reserves the right to fully collaborate with governmental or regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, private investigators, and/or harmed third parties. Member consents to refrain from suing Creasel for such disclosure.
4.5 Creasel has the right to put restrictions on, suspend, or terminate a Member's usage of any Service or the Sites at any time and in our reasonable judgment. If the Company has knowledge that the Member has violated a contract or obligation with a Creasel affiliate, it may not be held responsible to the Member.
4.6 Users of this website undertake to hold Creasel, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from any and all losses, liabilities, claims, and damages (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) that may result from their use of the Sites or Services.
4.7 Creasel is not responsible for any User Content or other material transmitted through the Sites or Services, including fraudulent, untrue, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, offensive, or illicit material. Risk of damage from such User Content and other material rests entirely with the Member.
